We offer our services in a variety of consumption models (fixed fee per project, pay as you go etc) and commercial models (fee for service, managed service, fixed bid etc) that fit the balance sheet and/or P&L priorities of our customers.

We believe strongly that our customers can obtain the best value if we are engaged in a fixed bid model. We prefer not to be engaged on a resources-based model but we do recognize that true partners have to be flexible, and should keep the customer’s priorities first.

Responsible for operations, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business development initiatives. He oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. He is responsible for management of the delivery teams, maintenance of the program/project plan, and oversight of the delivery process to keep efforts on track (e.g., deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs).

Joseph Varughese

Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for financial activities of the organization, to include accounting, budgeting, payroll, forecasting, cash flow management, fund management and financial reporting activities; ensure that effective internal controls are in place to assure the safeguarding of organizational assets and the reliability of financial statements. Leads the annual budgeting and financial planning processes.

Saju Varughese

Chief Technology Officer

Seasoned entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in software technology and products, recognised as one of the pioneers of the Indian IT Industry in Kerala. He continues to drive technology strategy and direction around its services and products, with a current focus on Internet Technologies, Infrastructure Solutions and Online Payments. He has proven abilities to develop and deploy a long-term strategic vision, establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and business partners, and build talented teams.

Murali Gopalan

Chief Mentor

Responsible for spearheading SolGenie's growth, formulating long-term strategies and setting the tone for the company's culture and values. He is a proven leader with strong expertise in nurturing client relationships and a laser sharp focus on operations. Murali is a graduate in Computer Science & Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum (India), under the University of Kerala and a post-graduate in business management from the world-renowned IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Kolkata.
